Dance Events

The CCP Dance School will be holding scholarship auditions for its 41st Season School Year 2010-11 at the CCP on May 7, Friday 10:30am for Intermediate and Advanced levels and May 29, Saturday 1pm for students ages 9-13 and male dancers up to age 20 with any dance background.

CCPDS scholars are awarded full or half tuition scholarships for 4/5x/week technique classes in classical and contemporary ballet. This is in line with the CCP and BP’s mission to discover and nurture young talents in dance. These scholars eventually become candidates for apprenticeship and membership to the company. The scholars regularly perform at the CCP’s theaters for the company’s season and for special productions.

Applicants are required to submit 2 pcs. 1x1 ID picture, dance resume, registration form and audition fee of P100 prior to the audition. Applicants must come in complete dance attire (leotard, pink tights, and pink ballet shoes for girls; white fitted shirt, black or white tights, and black or white ballet shoes for boys. Intermediate and Advanced ladies must bring pointe shoes.)
