Rhythmic exercises aims to enhance physical fitness through dance, A person can improve flexibility, strength, coordination, balance, cardiovascular fitness and body awareness through movement.A person can have fun, learn to dance to Folk music, Pop music, Western and E music while becoming trim and fit.
Rhythmic exercises can reduce stress and tension, coordinate the movement pattern and gives the benefit of aerobic breathing exercises.
Rhythmic exercises serve as a combination of dance and gymnastic to some extent. These are Performed in large groups. Mass rhythmic activities are an excellent form of physical activities for people of every age. Mostly Developmental in nature, their major objective is to develop motor qualities, improve body posture, develop unity,and uniformity in movement and create a sense of rhythm and co-ordination.

aerobics? pwede din pag you will be needing an exersise lang.

pero pag for flexibility, endurance at paghasa na ng kagalingan sa pagsasayaw... kelangan na ng foundation.

I have been doing dance aerobics as a form of recreation for 8 years now. when i started, i ddn't know how to dance. i just followed the steps and later on I attended seminars and workshops. problem with dance fitness is you just need to follow the steps, the uniformity or polishing of moves isn't needed. Perspiration is the main goal and not dance mastery or artistry. Though there are aerobics marathons, still people who participate just come in bold costumes and just follow what the instructor does on stage.

Now, I'm trying to put foundation in my dancing and catch up with the members of our group through enrolling in a jazz class.

the best po ang aerobics sa pag exercise kasi mastretch po lahat ng pwedeng ma stretch sa katawan mo. . .madali rn makapayat basta tuloy tuloy lng. . .magiging physically fit ang pangangatawan pag nag aeorobics. . .nakakapagod pero masarap sa pakiramdam. .^_^

Yes, it's so effective for me. Everytime I go to my Physical Education class in my present school, I think, I am losing weight big much. (Laughs) As in biiiiig. Thanks to my professor Mr. Florentino Legaspi for giving us undivided attention when it comes to our routines. I've learned a lot in this aerobics.

Honestly, I just hate that abdomenal routines thing. It's really hard. Everytime I do that routines, I am pretty sure that I will sleep early that day. (Laughs)

For me, it's very effective.

For me, dance aerobics is a very good way to exercise especially satin na mga tamad mag-exercise!^^ Honestly, hindi talaga ako mhlig mag-exercise dahil for me it was boring! but when I tried dance aerobics, I realized that it's not really bad at all.. .And it helps me to develop my strength, coordination, balance,and cardiovascular fitness as said above.. .Although medyo msakit sa katawan especially ung "Abdominal routines", but it's really the best way to improve those abs.. .

For me dance aerobics is good 4 are body to become fit, flexible, to stretch our body,and to become strong and healthy.....in our daily task or activities in our daily living...it is very good exercise in an elderly or senior,adulthood,adolescent or even a kids can join and exercise as well.it is very fun exercise and learn to dance in a different way of exercise...

for me its definitely yes.. because in aerobics, all the body parts are moving which means our blood can circulate well..
it is very important especially those who dont want to have hard exercise..because in dance aerobics you just not doing aerobics but also a combination of dance which is really enjoying..

yes. dance aerobic is very effective exercise for me.i can feel the stretch & the relaxation of my muscle..i think its very effective to those who wants to lose weight ..its employable too!.
